Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If using, fold in chopped walnuts.
Using your hands, form small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are firm. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled, roll the bites in shredded coconut for a decorative finish. Serve and enjoy!
